You want something to change, but you lack clarity or find yourself acting in ways that don’t really feel aligned with who you are.


This often comes with a sense of inner tension or uncertainty – even when everything seems to be working on the outside.


This may show up, for example, if you:

  • tend to overthink and repeatedly question your decisions
  • struggle with self-doubt and find it hard to trust yourself
  • strongly orient yourself around the expectations of others
  • have high standards for yourself and feel the need to get everything right or stay in control
  • notice that you often react on autopilot instead of acting in a way that truly reflects what matters to you

My approach:

Many of the difficulties we experience are shaped by underlying patterns that influence how we think, feel, and act.


In my work, the focus is on making these patterns visible and developing a more helpful way of relating to them. This allows you to find new ways of responding to yourself and your situation.


The process is centered around your personal development, guided by your strengths, values, and goals. Through this work, you gain new experiences that you not only understand intellectually, but can also integrate into your everyday life.


When psychotherapy may be appropriate:

If, during coaching, there are indications of a psychological burden that requires treatment – for example persistent worry or anxiety that significantly affects your daily life and is difficult to change – psychotherapy may be a more appropriate option.


I will discuss this with you openly and support you in taking the next steps toward psychotherapy with a licensed professional in Switzerland. Once my accreditation is completed, I will also offer psychotherapy in Switzerland myself.


Independent of coaching, you are also welcome to contact me directly if you are seeking psychotherapy: For clients aged 17 and older from Germany and other countries outside Switzerland, I offer online psychotherapy (cognitive behavioral therapy). My focus is on the treatment of anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder.
